In the middle of February a regular meeting of the RRC top-management took place in Garmisch-Partenkirhen, Germany. The aim of the meeting was to sum up the results of the year 2003 and also to discuss the plans for the year 2004.
In 2003 RRC achieved considerable results in the company growth. Thus, in comparison with 2002, the revenue of the company increased by 50 per cent, a new office was opened in Serbia, a new warehouse started to function in Dubai, clearing the way to the Near-Eastern market.
Besides the presentations and discussions, the participants of the meeting spent unforgettable outdoor hours in the alpine landscape, where they tookpart in the events intended to consolidate the unity of the company and to strengthen the team spirit. During the day they were overcoming different obstacles, participated in various contests, and proved themselves to be a perfect solidary team, worth bearing the name of "Team RRC".

Web-sites are intended to accomplish the tasks, connected with the strengthening of the RRC image as a high-performance company, as well as to provide information support for the IT community on the territories of Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe

IBM Polska granted a Distribution rights to RRC Poland. In the framework of this Distribution Agreement RRC will sell PCD, x-Series servers and Storage products.

RRC opened a new office in Belgrade (Serbia). The first vendor, which granted RRC with the distribution rights for the territory was Cisco Systems. Serbia is the fourth country besides Russia, Ukraine and Poland, where RRC is empowered to sell Cisco Systems equipment. In the nearest future the product portfolio will be extended with RRC traditional vendors such as Palm, U.S.Robotics, etc.

RRC top management team held its biannual meeting in Bodrum, Turkey in the middle of August. The main objective was to audit the results of the first half of the fiscal year 2003 and to revise a new corporate strategy implementation.
RRC has achieved noticeable success in realization of the new strategy that was announced in December 2002. This is confirmed by the report data given by the Head office as well as by the indicators communicated by vendor representatives, who are traditional guests of the event. RRC biannual turnover increased by 30%, while profits increased by 23% as compared with the first half of 2002.
The business meeting took place in Hapimag Sea Garden Resort Hotel in a friendly climate, and besides the business intercourse the participants could take a hand in the beautiful entertainment and sport program.
