RRC signed Distribution Agreement with Viewsonic Corp. for
the territories of Czech, Poland and Hungary. Such expansion
of co-operation between companies is a logical continuation
of the successful business development in Russia. All mentioned
branch offices are engaged to sell Viewsonic PDA products, TFT
monitors and notebooks.

RRC top management team
held its biannual meeting in Prague in the middle of February.
Main objective was to audit the results of 2002 financial year
and to revise first outcome of the new corporate strategy
implementation. As it was announced, RRC continued to make
strong progress in 2002, company's turnover increased by
35% as compared to the year 2001. New corporate strategy
was accepted and supported well by the team, and what
is more important, properly understood by strategic partners.
Consistent, clear and timely message across markets to RRC channel,
vendors and strategic business partners helped a lot to avoid
negative consequences and enjoy the first visible results
of company's efforts.

RRC Strategic Development for 2003-2005
RRC top management announced new organizational strategy for
2003-2005 at the press conference held in Sheraton Palace Hotel,
Moscow on November 28th, 2002.
The former strategy was worked out many years ago, so,
with both operations format and business requirements considerably
changed, a decision was taken to work out a new strategy aimed at
securing stability of RRC business along with optimal allocation
of resources in the new market environment. >>

celebrated its 10th anniversary in September
10 years ago the company staked on modem distribution,
progressive then and still up to date -- and it won. Since then, a lot of time passed, and
for today RRC is a company with the turnover of tens of millions US dollars, providing
services on corporate network building, delivery of the wide range of network and
telecommunication equipment and partners' consulting in the markets of Russia,
the CIS and EE countries. Since 1992 the product line of equipment has considerably
broadened and includes traditional modems, equipment for building networks of different
complexity, multimedia devices, microcomputers and UPS. Almost all the projects of
the company's founders were destined to come true: having started as a team of 8
people, RRC developed to become the biggest distributor with operations in 14 time
zones in 5 EE countries. >>
February 15-19, 2002 RRC
RRC top management team held its biannual meeting on Cyprus in the middle of February. Main objective was to audit the results and to revise corporate strategy for the next operation cycle. As it was announced, RRC continued to make solid progress in 2001, company's turnover increased by 61% as compared to the year 2000.

RRC opened up a new office in Wroclaw (Poland).

RRC signed a Distribution Agreement with Cisco Systems for the territory of Poland.
It is the third country besides Russia and Ukraine, where RRC is empowered to sell Cisco Systems equipment.

RRC-Czech participated in the International specialized IT exhibition that took place in Brno.
This year the exhibition welcomed 843 companies from 20 countries.

RRC-Ukraine along with Cisco Systems representative office carried out a road show
in Ukrainian cities. Seminars "Cisco Systems -- modern technologies of building up networks"
took place in Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Donetsk within the framework of this event.
August 1, 2001 RRC-Russia
Moscow representative office of APC, an American corporation, signed a partner agreement with
RRC Business Telecommunications. According to it, the Russian party will carry out delivery
and technical support of the whole range of APC equipment on the territory of the
CIS countries (the right to promote the APC equipment on the territory of the
East European countries was granted to RRC in June). Partners are keen on paying special
attention to delivering equipment for integration projects that demand interaction of a complex
of telecom equipment.

RRC half-yearly meeting took place in Greece at the end of July. Directors
of RRC offices and top management summed up the company's results of the
first six months of 2001 and discussed the future strategy. According to the
report of Konstantin Sidorov, RRC President, the company's sales growth
during this time made up 64% compared to the same period last year.

Dmitry Zabolotny, RRC product manager responsible for Cisco Systems equipment, has successfully passed four examinations and became a CCNP certified specialist of Cisco Systems.

KPMG, a world-wide auditor, concluded the audit of the 2000 financial statements and signed
the annual report of RRC Business Telecommunications Ltd.
9 July, RRC-Ukraine
RRC has one more certified specialist of Cisco Systems - Dmitry Moiseyev has passed his examination with success and is certified according to CCNA program.

At the 3Com partner conference that was held in Moscow in Olympic Penta Renaissance Hotel RRC
Business Telecommunications was awarded a prize "The World Is Not Enough" for opening up new offices
in Europe.

The promo "With Cisco to Canary Islands" has come to an end. The winner is the Viaduk
Telecom company (Kiev). The company was awarded a prize -- a week trip for two persons
to one of the islands.

A ceremony "Computer Elite 2000" awarding the best IT companies of 2000 working on the Russian market took place in Radisson-Slavyanskaya Hotel in Moscow. RRC was announced to be one of the five top distributors of network equipment.

The second conference "IT-Forum'2001" was held in the boarding home "Polyany" near Moscow in April. More than
500 delegates representing about 200 IT-companies from different parts of Russia took part in it.
RRC was awarded for the input into the distributor channels development in Russia.

RRC Business Telecommunications and U.S. Robotics signed a Master Distribution Agreement (MDA). According to it
RRC takes over obligations regarding homologation and localization of U.S. Robotics products in the CIS countries,
Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia along with carrying out marketing and technical support of sales.
U.S. Robotics, an American company that according to IDC up to 1997 controlled about 60% of the market of modems,
is going to restore its brand on the world market within a year. In 1997 the company was purchased by the
3Com corporation, but in September 2000 it became independent again. The revived company started
restoring its sales channels first of all in the USA and Russia.
February 2, 2001 RRC-Russia
Alexey Pankov has been appointed Distribution Director that is a new position for the company. Mr. Pankov will
be responsible for the development of the company partner network, equipment sales and warranty servicing
of clients on all the territory of Russia. Moscow distribution and sales departments along with two company's
service centers in Moscow and St. Petersburg are now working under his supervision.

Andrey Korolev has joined the company in the position of RRC Director, Central and Eastern Europe. The introduction
of the new position is connected with the company restructuring that was finalized in December 2000.
