Konstantin Sidorov
President
Konstantin is the founder and the President of the RRC Company. He graduated from St.Petersburg Military Engineering Institute. Since 1992, when Konstantin established RRC, he has been responsible for general management of the group and led the development of its business strategy, corporate culture and expansion plans. Konstantin has received a number of professional awards including Top Profi Award (for the years 1998 - 2006) sponsored by two Russian professional associations -- International Computer Club (ICC) and Public Relations and Promotion Group (PRPG).
Sergey Shtern
Chief Executive Officer
Sergey graduated in 1996 from the Finance Institute of the Finance Academy at the RF Government with the specialization in finance and credits. In 2004 he got MBA of Stockholm School of Economy.
Right after graduation from Finance institute Sergey started working for ROSH Group of companies in the position of Finance Director and Internal Audit Vice-President. He has got the experience as the consultant on company's re-organization as well as co-operation with state and international institutions (including European Bank of Reconstruction and Development) within the frames of the project management.
Initially in RRC Sergey was responsible for Group relations with banking and financial institutions as well as with potential investors. From April, 2008 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Group.
Mikhail Kossilov
Chief Operating Officer
Mikhail has graduated from Novosibirsk State University and Kyrgyz State University of Transport and Architecture. In 2004 he got MBA of Stockholm School of Economy.
Mikhail was working as Vice President and General Manager of Evi Group of companies in Kyrgyzstan. He joined RRC as General Manager of RRC Kazakhstan in 2005. Since 2007 he was appointed as Difo (RRC Group) CIS General Manager.
In April 2008 he was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer of RRC Group.
Valentina Ekhalova
Chief Financial Officer
Valentina joined the company as financial manager in 1998 after she graduated with honors from the State University of Management, financial management department. Since that time Valentina has made a significant career and moved to the Chief Financial Officer. She is Head of RRC finance department, responsible for all operating finance issues, IAS financial accounting and audit in all RRC offices. She received several company awards for company loyalty and valuable contribution into RRC business. Valentina is getting MBA in American Institute of business and economics.
